Book:

Coaching to the Human Soul (ontolocial coaching and deep change) Vol. 1

Author: Alan Sieler

The best book on ontological coaching by far. Ontology is the study of human beings and human interaction. It is grounded in existential philosophy and interpretations of human perception and behavior. Ontological coaching focuses on 'way-of-being', how you are showing up in the world and how you interpret the world. It examines human language, emotions and physiology. The section on basic linguistic acts (assertions, declarations, assessments, requests, offers and promises) is exceptional. I especially enjoyed the third chapter, an exploration of our human family's way-of-being and the historical relevance of ontological learning.
