Joy is a professional coach, educator and ontologist. She has been in private practice coaching organizations, groups and individuals for over five years. She is also an instructor for transformational coaching in the Global program at the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology and is certified by the International Coach Federation. She conducts workshops and training programs on various topics in the field of human development.

Joy’s coaching practice focuses on existential fulfillment, a combination of ego actualization and spiritual actualization. Her clients often experience deep ontological (way-of-being) shifts in transpersonal domains. She combines her analytical and systems skills, her psychology and creativity skills, her coaching and spiritual guidance skills, to assist her clients in manifesting new awareness, outcomes and opportunities. She understands the significance of balancing one's inner life with one's outer life and our deep connection with the web of life.

Joy is well versed in aspects of corporate and Silicon Valley lifestyles. She has over 20 years of experience as a business process engineer in highly-complex environments. She has worked on multi-million dollar projects as a Systems Consultant, Systems Architect, Business Analyst and Software Developer. She has experience as a small business entrepreneur and as a partner in high-tech startups.

Larry currently works for Motorola's Enterprise Mobility Solutions division, as Director of the Software Strategy Program's Web Applications team. He has over 20 years of experience in software engineering playing roles such as Director, Manager, Project Manager, Lead Engineer and Individual Contributor. He has worked for large companies, like Motorola and Xerox, and startups such as Calico Technology, ModelN and Good Technology. He was also a successful entrepeneur with his own consulting company.

Larry enjoys leading and facilitating empowered teams and individuals to excel in Corporate America. His current focus is Positive Organizational Development, Appreciative Inquiry and Emotional Intelligence. He is in the process of completing a master's degree at Case Western Reserve University in the MPOD specialization.

Larry continues to consult, coach and mentor on a limited basis. He specializes in working with engineers, teams, businesses and enterprises, to foster growth, commitment, meaning and positive organizational development.
